Come grow with us!General Purpose and Scope of Position:Wilbur-Ellis is seeking a motivated individual who will coordinate corporatelearning and development functions. The Learning and Development Coordinatorwill provide a high level of internal Learning and Development support acrossthe company. The ideal candidate must be a self-starter, detail-oriented,comfortable with working remotely, efficient, and self-motivated. Theposition will own processes around LMS administration, system updates,event logistics, communications, and website management. Critical to thisrole is the ability to successfully work with multiple priorities and managedeadlines with exceptional attention to detail. This position will also leadcritical projects for the Learning and Development team to help to support thesuccess of the team and the division.Key Skills and Abilities:Three plus years of professional experience as a training coordinator acrossmultiple channels, including virtual, video, asynchronous, and synchronousTwo or more years of experience training content productionBachelor's degree in journalism, communications, public relations,English or related fieldDemonstrated ability to work under tight deadlines and in a fast-pacedenvironmentStrong software skills including Microsoft Office suite, Adobe suite,SharePoint, HTML, survey software, campaign/mailing distribution softwareVideography experience preferredMust be able to travelExperience with agricultural business a plusStrong skills in MS Office Suite and a high degree of comfort working withinmultiple LMS systemsExperience in creating learning videos and coursesA high degree of comfort with instructional design software (e.g.Camtasia, Powtoons)Ability to multi-task, and work in a fast-paced environment resettingpriorities regularly as neededExcellent writing and grammar skills, keen attention to detailHigh experience and demonstrated skill in creating content and messaging fordiverse internal audiences across a variety of formatsSolid organizational and project coordination and management skills and theability to meet deadlines with multiple concurrent projectsProven expertise with web and online tools, techniques, and strategies tobuild an audience and user loyalty; proficient with web designfundamentals, information/visual design, and user interface standardsHigh experience level with SharePoint and HTML requiredStrong organizational skills for efficient management of multiple projects atonceKey Personal Attributes:Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to build relationshipsacross functional units and company divisionsAbility to drive open and clear communication that adheres to values,mission, vision, and strategy.
