As a member of the Premier Support team, you will have the opportunity to work directly with VMware’s most strategic customers and partners. As a Resident Technical Support Engineer (TSE), you will provide onsite and/or remote technical support to a designated Premier Support customer and act as the main point of contact for isolating, diagnosing, reproducing and fixing technical issues in a timely manner. Goals within your engagement will be to provide deep technical expertise and guidance to decrease time to resolution on Support Requests while fostering a deeper understanding of the customer’s long-term technical priorities to ensure continued success and a reduction in break/fix incidents.
